Forces you through router configuration while the problem is the quality of the internet connection. I put the SIM in my phone because the O2 router doesn't even find the inserted SIM while troubleshooting. I worked in IT since 1998 an know how to close out failure points. In my case, completely useless!

Very limited choice of settings that can be set up. Web interface has 10 times more, not clear why this app is needed at all. I only used it, because port forwarding set up is buggy on router and I can't delete a rule using web interface. Thought through this app it might be different, but no. This app has only 3 functions, reboot reset and set up wi fi.

Awesome, easy and very fast! Better than expected experience and I do not need to wait for someone (technical staff) for hours.

It would be fine if it actually helped with solving problems. I haven't been able to activate my new DSL line despite o2 is inviting me to do it through the app. There's no such function here and now I've been calling customer service multiple times without solving much, while being treated quite rudely too. My review extends to the overall o2 service: not very recommended, especially when having a decent and reliable internet connection is so necessary today.

Kind of useless because after I go through the whole process with the app, at the end I had to contact the customer service which I had to go through the same processes again. Only the difference is guided by a not so kind and friendly customer service. But if you contact the customer service number directly, they will somehow guide you to use this app and won't put you through directly. Tried few times already with the same result. Thank you and have a nice day.

It's a good app that takes you through the steps of installation. However, if you set it up in English, and you reach the stage where you need to give the MAC address, it still tells you to call the German language service making the job difficult. O2 also has an English service number. If the user is set to English, the number to call should also direct to the English service number.

Well yeah. Crashes every 2nd time after selecting Mobile. Also it says my device's mobile data is disabled although I wanted to send a report that the network 2G is down with the app. By the way the 2nd non O2 SIM is working fine, so it's not that. Did it now in the website...

App might be fine, but the forced migration from Virgin to o2 has not been totally smooth. No interruption in service or anything.... But they cant get MY number from Virgin, which Ive had years, to be the Prime number across o2 services (there is some random number in its place) so I cant sign up for any deals or offers despite me being the main account holder, and one other acccount (i sort my Mothers mobile for her) is correct, and CAN get the offers. Also annoyed they offered 6 mths free D+
