A most excellent product. User friendly - communicates perfectly with fun checker games to play with relatives who live cross country. My handicapped brother was stuck for years with no sensible and user friendly device. Now his confidence has been so greated improved because the Grandpad is a device he can navigate and learn some new skills with. Thank you Grand Pad creators and company.

App works great 99% of the time. Grandpad device rocks! Helps Mom feel less isolated and gives her more autonomy. She loves how easy it is to use and being able to make video calls when she wants to. She also plays games all day long. My only criticism is we can't get Facebook to work for her. Support team is always extremely friendly and compassionate and they are quick to resolve issues, even if it means replacing the unit. (.We are on the monthly plan that includes this service.)

If you ever have an older loved one or mentally handicapped person who needs to be able to keep in touch with a known circle of friends and family with both voice calls as well as video calls. This product it a lifesaver. You can also share pictures with each other within the circle. It protected my mom from all the scammers that were targeting her and were relentless. They have made it relatively easy to use and want to keep making improvements toward the ease of use for our lived ones.

Grandpad is a lifeline for my 94-year-old mother. Every morning she checks the weather of all the family's locations. The photos keep us all connected, even her best friend out in Oregon. Grandpad is the only way Mom can make a phone call- her flip phone is awkward and confusing. And every Saturday we have a family zoom call.

Got this for my mom years ago. Possibly 2018. Talk about a life saver. Mom was diagnosed 2017 with dementia. It was difficult to keep her safe with a regular cell phone or house phone. Scam caller where scaring her half to death. All that horrible stuff all stopped once we found Grandpad. I swear best dang gift I ever gave her. As her dementia as worsened over the yrs, She still can use her Grandpad. She's lost the ability to do other things she enjoyed. Grandpad has kept her involved. ❤️

Our extended family is really enjoying videocalling and sharing photos. It's great to be able to see how mom is doing at the assisted living facility. We've been using grandpad for almost 2 years.

Highly recommend! So easy for my dad and wife to use and the customer service is outstanding!! They add buttons for their most visited web pages as well as email and the sharing of photos is their absolute favorite!

App suppose to send an email to open it and doesn't work, have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have latest updates and STILL CAN'T LOG INTO MY GRAND PAD. THHIS APP SUCKS WHAT IS IT IF YOU CAN NOT USE IT.😡😡😡😡
