I have multiple mobile lines. Even though it is possible to select different mobile lines in the app, only 1 set of usage details can be seen. It should be a basic requirement to check the usage of different mobile lines. Also, esim not supported on Google Pixel 7 Pro. Found out the hard way after few days trying to get MyRepublic to troubleshoot for me. Disappointed as esim from another Telco is supported on my phone. The application for esim should ask for mobile phone model B4 esim approval

Application works well if you are on broadband only. App struggles to load relevant data if you have both broadband and 5G, which can be very frustrating. Internet service is good, but customer service isn't keeping up. Support via the app is dependent on ai chatbot, but then repeat the troubleshooting steps with talking to a human. SIM activation is particular if you use their sim card activation. Must be done locally, on the device, with location service.

In the past I use to be able to live chat with a human. And it was super useful. The new app does not allow that now. Also, the app just keeps glitching in terms of the accounts it can display. I own 3 accounts with myrepublic. But 1 day I see 3 accounts under the drop-down selection. tmr I see just 1. And it can be a random one too. I logout then login again. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Even after being able to show 3 accts, suddenly It can just show 1. I don't get it.

The application is unable to share the bill. I have attempted to resolve the issue by clearing the cache and reinstalling the application. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password and am unable to proceed. When attempting to reset my password, I receive an error message stating "Error, please try again later." I have also tried resetting my password through the website, but this was also unsuccessful. Additionally, the contact support feature states that it is available from 9 am to 2 am, but

Fricking terrible. Modern just lost internet connection last night around 8 or 9+pm. Still haven't recovered. Tried using the app to get help, still waiting for the call

Each time when I entered my password I can't login to my account. When I clicked on "Forget password?" I was prompt "look like something is wrong. Please try again later" I NEED TO RECONTRACT MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!

Upd: crashes after update. Did not expect to be worse, but here it is. Logout after the app update. Update each version is required now. Why doing so many not backwards compatible changes?

Basically no After-Sales support. My sim card spoilt for no reason in around one year. Tried to call several times and also chat with chat bot asking for agent to talk to me. No one answers the call or replies even after 30 mins. In the end, I have to port over to another service provider as I need to have a phone line. Bye.
