Bad company, don't expect to get helped if you have a problem. I renewed my subscription through the app, it showed me the new bundle that I selected unlimited calling for and then 2 weeks later the app tells me that I have 40€ extra cost because of calling. When I call the customer service them they don't want to help me with it becasue in their system I still have the old subscription. It is very incorrect to invoice 40€ for something that with a flick of a switch they would give for 3€.

Very unstable app that often doesn't do the one thing it should always do: allow customers to top up their allocated data. Prepare for hours on 32K/s or less, 'something' went wrong and you should try again later... One of the best 'non-descript system messages' sources I know. t-Mobile / Odido used to offer robust interfaces, both with their apps and on the websites. Those days are long gone, glitchy code appears to be good enough nowadays. I got myself a Lebara sim as a fallback option.

Getting worse by the day, like the customer service level as well. -Unable to link an existing subscription for a month now, calling the Customer Service is a total waste of time - they only register your call and NO action is done. -They promise to reply to you through email which never gets sent. -As the app is useless and we needed to buy an additional subscription, we had to travel 1hr to the nearest shop to get it done directly, like in the 90s...

Programm is working very slow, 8/10 times when i press on something i'm getting white screen. I have had problems with them as well, for now it's working without major problems.

The previous app (T-mobile) was great. Now with Odido is horrible. Not always possible to log in and unclear and limited information. - The bot reply, as you see below (and you see the same reply to everyone), asked me to contact them via Facebook - Why? I don't have that app and I already contacted the costumer service, but nothing. What a lost the change into Odido from T-mobile.

impossible to reach this Club and don't do as they promise. the chatbot is one big frustration. Update: you can reach them through X or Facebook. I am not on any of those so odido is clearly not for me.

i am trying to end my contract with odido for over a year now. i have left the netherlands in 2021. they just extended the contract for another year without my consent. IMHO this is criminal intent specially as they ask you to pay a horrendous amount (like 90€) to end the contract that was never extended by me in the first place. if you can get a different provider.

A first time launch is an app crash. I understand that Android 8 is not so new, but come on. You did allow the app installation, right? Yeah, and nobody cares about the video and the splash screen. How about some working service? Fire designers, hire developers. Edited: on August 2024 - still a non-servisable app
