If our dept's trucks hadn't driven past where I work I would have must a Mutual Aid call for a Barn on Fire with 10+ mph winds. App didn't notify me Never got the text Alert either. Sometimes it works most of the time it doesn't seem too. Glad I have a pager. They did say there was an issue with push notifications on Android Devices. I do have an Android Device. On the help page it said to Enable text Notifications. I enabled that when I initially setup the App, @ 1 year ago, haven't got one.

The app works ok. My biggest complaint is the time lag from the alert to when the call audio is available. It can take 30 seconds for the audio stream to start. In the world of electronics, that is days. I know they must be storing the data stream and then streaming it from storage. To me, as a first responder, that's not acceptable. No reason it can't be streamed immediately, or at most a couple of seconds delay.

I absolutely love the app!! I recently swapped from iPhone to Samsung, I also now have a galaxy watch 7. My watch receives the notification when we get a call, but it does not vibrate or make noise when getting a call. I have checked all the setting for my phone and watch and there is nothing that fixes this issue. Is this something that y'all can look into please?

The app is great... if you have it in your pocket when it goes off. 4 times I've been on the phone when that GD high pitch beep goes off!!! It hurts my ears and will cause hearing loss! Fix this! It doesn't need to do that when the phone is in use! I've tried to turn it off! What the heck guys!? I want it to beep so I can hear it. But NOT WHEN THE PHONE IS RIGHT BY MY EAR! Oh thank God! I did update the app and really hope that fixed it! I need the volume up... just not when I'm using it.

I liked the older version better. It doesn't pop up over everything as it tones out like it use to. You have to enter the hole address and it's not always accurate. Where before you only needed to enter the address and not city and state and it was accurate. Also if you type in the address and put in a direction it might give you some cray place or not recognize it. Other than those things which are big its ok. It's better than who's responding but not by much anymore.

Great app for getting messages and call alerts. Stay in touch while on vacation. Stay in touch while in school. This app along with eDispatches are great on getting dispatch information. The area where you can install if your going to the scene, to the station or unable to respond is great also. The area where you can add if your available or not to keep everyone up to date This is a great app and so I give it 5 🌟. Everybody should get eDispatches for there Fire, Rescue and EMS services.

The old version was better. I got a cad notifications for an auto accident in my town the the hwy and town where correct when I clicked directions. It said the crash was 2.5 hrs on the other side of the state when it was really 2 miles away. I do not like the cad I wish it would just page out like the old version.. also doesn't pop up when you get an alert it just tones then I have to open the app. I gave the app permission to override everything but it dont show up.

Would be nice if the application would automatically set the location of the call, that way it would be way more easier to respond to a call
