Please fix rotating app to landscape mode when the phone display settings globally is LOCKED to potrait mode.... e Extremely annoying to have the app automatically rotate into landscape mode. When you're lying on your side in bed. Trying to review the latest messages before going to bed. Why would you override the phone setting? That says keep all apps in portrait. Mode totally are acceptable prior to the update. I didn't do this.

Does not send me notifications. I've done everything they asked including deleting and reinstalling but nothing works. I have missed events at my child's school simply because I didn't know about them. If I could give zero stars I would. I wish his school would bring back Class Dojo. It actually worked, unlike this waste of time, energy and money.

Clicking notifications does nothing. They disappear and do not open the app. Also, the notifications make you click to see a message, instead of just showing the message, like every other messaging app on Android and iOS. Come on, please fix all of this.

The app started out great in August, but unfortunately, I am not receiving notifications in September. I have followed their troubleshooting instructions by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have allowed all notifications for the app. I have tried to contact them, but it seems impossible. I hope my issue can get resolved soon.

I've been reaching out to customer service about a mishap with my account yo no avail. My account has another parent that I have no affiliation with, along with her children attached to my account. Therefore, I have been receiving calls,messages, and announcements about students I do not know from a school I have nothing to do with. I spoke with someone on the app, sent an email, and even tried to call the school to see if there's something they could do. I might just have to uninstall the app.

I like the app. My biggest complaint is with notifications. Say I get a notification of a message. If I select the notification, it usually doesn't even open the app. It'd be nice if it took me directly to the new message.
