It offered a free pizza voucher when I first signed on but when I was going to use it, the voucher disappered from the voucher wallet. 😢 Did I just get scammed? Edit: so I went ahead and ordered anyway as I was really hungry. It asked me to enter my credit card, gcash or paypal details. Then, when I pressed Place Order, it says that the promo item (HBO-Home Bonding Offer) was not available eventhough it clearly states that promo ends Oct 31 or ten days from now. 😥

Recently, the option for home/primary address delivery stopped appearing during checkout, which makes ordering difficult. I hope this gets fixed soon, as the delivery feature is crucial for me.

Costumer service is excellent, Love the service, but honestly their pizza is a bit too salty for me. And they're are true to their words that if it's late it's free. I got full refund even after I received my order. Thank you.

Update not just the app but the actual tracker of your delivery service. You've had that app for years and still no real time tracking and I mean exact location of the rider.

What I like with Shakey's is that they are generous with vouchers. and they also finally changed/improved the saltines of their product. especially their pizzas. it is now less salty. i hope the chicken breading is not that salty as well.

I highly recommend using Shakey's app rather than other online food apps just to order from them. It's way convenient and you get to use your Shakey's Card and other vouchers.

Most of the time it works, but apparently now there was a problem on payment online using card. It got stucked in processing payment twiced. And my card payment also charged twice. I hope I can have my card refund on this error.
