Straight scam! They pay for ads that show when you are looking for your printers app, and it's easy to install this one by mistake. The whole app is just a subscription that probably tricks a lot of people into subscribing because they think they need to to get their printer to work. This all needs to be removed from the Google splay store.

I bought this copier printer under the impression like all old copiers and printers from the 1980's on,I've had multiple copiers over the years and could always adjust the size of the picture either bigger or smaller this one doesn't do any of that it's garbage. And worst of all, if you want to find out if it does ,you have to pay either weekly or yearly to experience the rest of options on the app. What a scam.

So... I can already print any document from my phone or from the cloud while I'm in my home on my Wi-Fi network. The app description implies that you can print to your home printer from anywhere. If I turn Wi-Fi off, leaving my 5G network operating, this app, which uses the EXISTING printer driver can't find ANYTHING. So, I gotta ask, what's the point? I can already scan and print stuff in my house . The only problem this app solves is how to transfer cash from your account to the developer's.

I really dislike this app for one reason, there subscription. You literally can only print one thing and then you have to sign up for a subscription that'll set you back a few bucks. The connection is super easy but the actual printing itself, garbage. If I could get a few more things to print like maybe 5 instead of 1 or just have no subscriptions unless it's for like removing ads only, that would be so much better. Very disappointed.

Downloaded this thinking it was the app for my Canon printer, was not but did connect no issue. But after a few papers it won't let you print without having a subscription. The actual printer app doesn't require you to have a subscription. Plus why would I buy a printer and then pay a weekly or monthly subscription to use it. Only thing I liked was for printing a file that had multiple pages i could easily select what pages I wanted to print and not to

Subscription failed, lack of response to help. I purschaced the lifetime subscription for 34.99. Unfortunately, it continues to show that I have no subscription, which limits me on certain features I wanted to utilize. Like the mobile fax, the scanner, and templates. I have sent several emails. The last email was on June 21st, and they requested my purchase proof, which was purchased from the google App Store. Once the information was sent, all communications have stopped. Dont trust it.

This constantly fails to talk to my printer. I just want to print. I don't want location tracking and subscription services. I have been trying to setup a brand new printer for 2 hours. The app says that features will be disabled over a USB connection so you need a wireless connection. I have a top-end Wifi 6 system and nothing has problems connecting but the printer right next to the main router. I will never buy HP again.

I removed this app from my android device. During the initial setup to confirm my account for free, I put my credit card info in what turned out to be an ad. This SCAM ad never showed an amount being charged, or of course, I would have closed out of it. Thankfully, my credit card company declined the transactions. This ad took up the whole screen and is designed to appear as part of the app setup. You've got to click the very, very small link on the top right of the screen for app access.
