This stretching app is really awesome as a truly free to use exercise app. The occasional ads are not overly obtrusive and do not interfere with the flow of the workouts. I happily tolerate the ads, some I even find interesting. So far I've found the programs very accessible and scalable to personal level. Really useful for me, just what I was looking for. And the calming music included for free is a great and welcome addition. Very happy, use this app each day, sometimes more than once.

This app is really cool and it always reminds me to keep being hydrated and from the past 3 days of the app I can now touch my toes and get this I never even used to reach my ankle so if you want to be flexible this app is just the right one but i don't like how they say almost done then when done it doesn't go directly to rest. Once I was exercising then I said almost done so I was waiting only to see that its done. I even set to automatically go on rest

Honestly the best stretching app I have ever downloaded where I get free exercises. You can customize your experience and the persons show you the correct form. Great for any person of all ages

Even though I did the easiest level(beginner) cause I'm only 11. Damn i sweated like crazy, I chose to improve flexibility so I guess I'm not that,... wel not vere flexible. But I like it and I definitely recommend it.♥️

Not as good as it's rated - cheating on reviews - asks you to rate and doesn't publish rating if not 5 stars. Unbalanced exercises - gives you one leg and doesn't give you the other. Annoying ads everytime you click elsewhere. Good video examples, good time settings, varied exercises. Update: Year later the program still gives unbalanced exercises - one limb without the other or repeats the same exercise for "other" limb while example shows use of both. As for ads - if you pause you get one.

Here are three things I wish would be fixed, but I am still gonna keep the app either way. 1. I want to delete stuff from my personal plan, but it wont let me. I tried adding stuff to it earlier and it wouldnt stick. Seems to be a reocurring problem with users. Please make it easier. 2. The height wont let me go under 100 inches. I had to use cm. 3. Not only is the name false advertising, but the flexibility stuff seems advanced and I was hoping for beginner stuff. Please fix this. Thank you!

It's a nifty little app. Just enough not to make exercising a laborious task but enough to make you feel you had a workout the next day. Music is a nice touch and the explanatory videos. Ads are not too invasive and we of course appreciate that it is free. Only thing I would add (but not an issue if not) is little bit more info in terms of what to do with the rest of your body while stretching . For example, your pelvis should be tucked in, position of knees previously injured ect.
