This is a decent app, unfortunately it's let down by almost non-existent mobile data signal at the park and unreliable WiFi. Given the app is almost entirely reliant on an Internet connection this means it become unusable most of the time. But with connectivity, the queue times worked to help plan things and directions also worked well. Could be improved by making the icon indicating your location and direction to update much more quickly so you can figure out which direction to go in.

It's ok. We loaded our tickets into the app BUT one member of our party couldn't make it. Unfortunately the app doesn't show you which tickets have been scanned before AND randomly reorders them. I appreciate this is a niche situation, but it meant we couldn't get a refund on the additional ticket because even after approaching the main kiosk and asking for help they ended up scanning the wrong one. Just a very basic function that could be added but has cost us a park ticket

The app was rubbish found it difficult to add my tickets as I got the app after purchasing online. Then on the day tried to use the app to find rides and at first all the nearest rides came up with how far they were which was great but it was showing you on the map and telling you to walk somewhere else and wasn't making any sense we were going round in circles, the app wasnt very useful today, so ended up using the good old fashioned paper map even that was confusing. Had a brilliant day though

Cumbersome. Yes I want to visit with my kids. No I don't want special offers. No, I really don't want special offers. I mean it. Can't click the 'not right now' option. Close app; restart app. Import tickets - oh the scanner function in the app doesn't work. Input by order number. Can't I just use the email confirmation to get into the park, really don't see the point of the app

This app was okay until the update. I had all my tickets imported and an itinerary planned out. After the update, I had to import my tickets again, my early passes haven't appeared and neither has the peppa pig book I preordered. Luckily I'm not silly enough to delete the confirmation email so I still have it as backup. This update has made it worse, not better

Pointless app that doesn't work. They charge you for the photo pass and then half the photos weren't there. The app was telling me that all the rides were closed or had 0 wait time but we were literally in those queues and they weren't closed and the wait times were about 30mins. Terrible app that lies.

The whole point of the app is to make your visit as seamless as possible. Zero physical contact, easy scan and entry, map of the park, virtual queuing but I can't even link my order to the app so right now I wouldn't even be given entry to the park or be able to queue for most of the rides. Needs fixing ASAP as I'm sure there are tons more customers out there having the same issue, and it's going to cause problems at the front gates with people not being able to gain access or book for rides.

While it is helpful in showing the wait times for the rides and real-time directions to the locations, it seemed to excessively drain my phone battery and kept stopping and closing the app. So much potential but in reality it's unreliable and a drain.
