Scrolling through the search results would cause them to jump around making it very hard to navigate. Lineup not available offline in a festival with bad signal. Felt like this app was just not ready and yet we were stuck with it!

If you favourite anything and then use the app offline, everything you favourited disappears from the list. When in a field with thousands of people with phones, mobile data doesn't work so the time you spent making a personal list is just time wasted

It is ridiculous that you needed internet access to see the line up. All of my friends struggled to see what artists were on as the signal in the arena is terrible. Why would you not cache this information when the phone is offline? I could not access the line up for the entire festival when I was in the arena, this meant I missed acts I would have otherwise been able to see.

Please help! I can install the app but it won't let me sign in. I can create an account but then it freezes on the 'sign in' page and won't let me sign in. I've tried reinstalling and hasn't helped.

Great app for the festival, crashed a few times but you're in a bowl in the middle of Winchester, it's to be expected. Easy to top up wristband, check artist set times and chat to other festival goers. When you favourite a artist to go see because so many acts are playing I'd revcomend a colour system for green 100% amber 70% ect for acts you definetly want to see and others youd like to see but don't mind missing to follow the story or just explore

Awful app and process. Double charged from wallet. Can't get online to prove to vendor. Whoever came up with this cashless system needs horse whipping.
