There's a Home button bug that's been there for years now. After you post a score, the Home button does NOT take you back to Welcome screen so you can review your friend's latest scores and such. Instead, it acts just like the Profile button. The workaround is to kill the running Golf Canada app and restart it to see the Welcome screen.

Stat tracking terrible. Older version of inputting scores and stats much better and faster to input. Please return stats to hold by hole score input as an option.

When they up-graded the app this summer, it was a down-grade. Now it won't get past the geolocation bit and I can't input scores. The previous version had a history section that adjusted your handicap for you at a given course for all tees. Now you have to input the slope, rating and par for it to calculate - which means having access to a score card. Sounds like a measely complaint, but its a pain.

This app update to 4.0 is terrible. Did you devs even beta test this with golfers who actually use this app? Scoring input is poor. I can't input putt proximity or fairways missed long anymore. I can't edit a previously inputted round if I made an error. Scorecard view doesn't provide any summary info of inputted stats to check if there's an error. Scoring view is now missing. I can't see my score broken down hole by hole. Stat view is absolute garbage. I can't see the stats that I want to, I only have the 7 high level categories that are in the app. Very limited filter options. I can't see my birdie/par/bogie percentages anymore. No filtering by course. c'mon golf canada, do better!

I have access but there's no hole-by-hole stat tracker, only the post total score option. They have one on the website but it's clunky. If they added a mediocre stat tracker (putts, GIR, missed fairway direction, penalty) I'd use this app way more often. The stroke calculator is a good idea and works well.

One star is TOO MANY! The old version was GREAT! This one is as useful as a glass driver head! You can no longer input HBH while you play as the app resets itself every time the phone screen locks. It also only takes the score; all the other features (putts, drive distance, up downs etc. are no longer there. All I want to know now is how to transfer my play history to an app that WORKS?!?

GPS features appear to be broken. Keeps ramming Toronto courses down my throat as 'nearest courses' despite my never having been east of Winnipeg. Yes, my gps is enabled for this app. The map constantly centers on Toronto making it difficult to use for someone in BC. Perhaps everything else works fine, I don't know because I didn't even enter a score due to it's ridiculous lack of function.

Edit: Was seamless and very organized before the update over the summer of 2023. Please don't change the whole look for no reason. Or, at least offer a classic look setting to have a choice. As well, current issue on my android is that no round saves or updates an edit. It always says error but then sometimes actually saves one or several times in duplicate, or just never saves. A total number of putts stat in each round and also overall starlt of putts per round would be a nice update
