Updated 5yrs later & it's worse 1 star!!! 👏 This app freezes at least once a day on me. Every update you guys put out does not fix this problem. The whole app is so laggy and slow. Also if u want to write a note in it sometimes it won't let backspace unless u restart the app once again and even then it doesn't always let you erase or continue to add to the note section. This app needs a whole makeover from top to bottom. Unless that happens I am going to try and get my company to switch apps.

If you synchronize your data, it better be on lunch break. Itll take 20 minutes. Also, its guaranteed that the app will stop working. Dont bother with tech support, I dont think they know how this app is supposed to work either. They tell you to uninstall and reinstall. But if you tell them you've already uninstalled and reinstalled, then that's the issue and the reason the app doesnt work. Bite the bullet and get an actual service application.

It does what it says, just not quite as well as pen and paper. Had issues where I try to back space a typo and it deletes an entire sentence somewhere else. Started doing talk to text but it is just as risky with typos and back spacing. Call cust. Service and they tell a mix of start and stop - install and uninstall. If you did all that before calling them, they tell you that's what caused the problem. It schedules appointments... Sometimes. Needs a lot of work dude. Twenty eight characters left

It is a good app, very convenient. I give it 3 stars because my experience on the app varies, depending on which phone I am using. I have a Galaxy S8+ I use 90% of the time, but I can not use my keyboard in the app, I have to copy and paste anything I want to type, but my old J3 Orbit does allow use of keyboard. (I am a Pest control technician) Recommendation to the app designer(s): -Add the ability to search for chemical names, instead of having to scroll through them all.

This app is not mobile friendly in the slightest. By far one of the worst apps I've had to use. Constantly crashing upwards of 8 times a day. Not loading tickets. Constantly lagging or freezing. Clocking people back in moments after they clock out for the day. An absolutely terrible app.

It's a good app for managing my route. But I've noticed that with the new android system updates, every time I send an email to the customer when I'm done, the app closes. Also, I'd like to be able to have my recently used products in a section so I don't have to go searching for them. Once those are changed, then this will be a 5+ star app.

It wasn't the best when I started using it, but now it is absolutely USELESS!!! Get jobs added to me that aren't mine, can't clock in or log in on certain devices, etc... nothing works right anymore, it's a very frustrating app!!! 😡

Constant crashes and hangups. I'm forced to use this app by my company. If you are a small business DO NOT USE SERVSUITE. There's plenty of other software that has more features without crashing every two seconds. I've had to deal with this POS app on both iphone and android.
