1. It's great that it links to my calendar but it also deletes the shifts after a few weeks so I have no way of looking back. 2. The ? That appears on the Sunday night shift is annoying no matter how many times I reset it. 3. The notification no longer appears on my phone so I don't know I've been allocated unless I check the app or receive a call. 4. Most shifts now arrive without the option to decline so I have to call. What was once a fantastic and simple app to use has become annoying

It's disappointing that any time you are allocated a shift, going to view the shift, it tells you, "shift not found or have been changed". Then you end up calling again the staff who are really good and quick to help, but see, if the app was working perfectly, we could have saved their valuable time to deal with other things or help others too.

Since the last app update I have not received notifications about shifts being either allocated or cancelled on my phone, but they have been showing up on my tablet 3 hours too late. I now have to look for notifications in the app every hour instead. I am missing out on shifts.

The app is good. The only negative about it is there no notification sound or opinions to get notification so u always have to open the app to check if missed shift and shift cancellation due to not being notified about changes. Needs more.

Looks like this app has lots of bugs. Spending endless time to write up ROCs and it didn't record at all. No SAVE button, or other options just stay frozen when I tried to record and submit shift details. Really frustrating 😕

The app doesn't work at all , very disappointing. Have been told by allocations team they are updating the app from last one month, still no progress. As an employee it's terrible to miss out on all the allocations and also not able to see any pre allocated shift. I don't understand purpose of this app when nothing works on it .

Great rostering apps make or break this business. I'd like to see it work a bit more like shiftmatch, rather than waiting to be allocated you should be able to pick from available shifts matching your profile. Also this app is super slow running queries to the database. A code tidy up perhaps? Move the db to a cloud server?

Since changing phones,push notifications not coming through on phone. I have unstalled the app several times, still not receiving notifications. Very frustrating!! Can anyone help with any suggestions.thanks.
