Love the app and the CDS scheme. App score has dropped since my donation amounts no longer showing up. Have been donating since the scheme started, yet my totals have been reset to Zero. Even the 3 recent donations that are showing on app aren't totalled. Have reinstalled app but that did not solve.

The app itself seems decent but this recycling initiative desperately needs to become more widespread across the area. Everywhere near me is overwhelmed and at capacity almost all the time. More recycling points are very much needed. Only criticism of the app so far was how long my account took to become active once initially created.

Barcode can't reach the scanner as it's poorly positioned, surely could make a way to enter code of machine to the app. Machines also tempermental - refuses to read bottles/cans at times or spits it out with unknown errors. Would LOVE to recycle more if these issues weren't so convoluted

The app doesn't work. After creating the account getting the error "failed to get user". No response from support team after 3 weeks of waiting. They only asked if it started working now haha

Can't get past choosing my preferred method of receiving a refund. Want to choose bank account but when I choose that option it doesn't go to a screen allowing me to input my bank account details. Have tried updating my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still does the same thing. Tried calling but have been redirected to technical support but no one has returned my call.

Fairly pointless when you have to take bottles back to a machine in a hardware store if it works. That same machine could/should be in every supermarket. Could not login to app to set preferences. Seriously why do we need an app at all and not just a barcoded receipt to take back to any retailer?

Seriously, what is the point. I have been to 4 of your collection points this afternoon trying to recycle bottles and cans and none of the locations actually accept anything. It has cost me more in fuel trying to find a recycling centre than the bottles are worth. Great concept, but pathetic effort in reality.
