Wow, I've used some bad apps, but this one takes the cake. I was told I could use this app to find out wait times at my local clinic, but my clinic isn't even in the app. It will show up in the predictive text in the search when I start typing the name, but not in the search results. Found several bugs in just minutes of use (eg: if you search with an empty field, it crashes) Only good for finding out wait times for emergency clinics, but otherwise, it does what google maps does but worse.

I have registered for this service and reviewed results in the past. Now, the app has suddenly determined that I am no longer verified for the results. I can log in and see ZILCH. What can I say? Oh yes, the system still sents me bulletins that a new result has been entered. A result that I can no loner see. Ba-ha!

I guess wait times are useful. "The" Alberta Health Services app should really do more. Records, personal health info, digital health card, etc. should all be here. Why do I need a separate so for each individual function.

This worked really well until the last update. since then, it goes to the tutorials (6 pages) and doesn"t allow you to actually access the app. I use a Blackberry Key2LE. Android.

Since covid19 got into this app i can no longer go to the staff page to access my work program.... and I wrote the earlier statement some months ago... ahs get it together!!! We r supposed to be able to use our phones to access our emails and our other services... this is now November 1 and still no repair... is there a glitch in the program or are you all just trying to hide things from everyone? Without prejudice , ill will.. vexation.. or malice.. we just wish to use the direct programing.

This is the worst app I've ever downloaded. AHS has this app posted on the parking lot signs to pay for parking on the app, but when you are on the app, there is NOTHING regarding parking at all on here. AHS, please do better, this is pathetic.

Since the update i cant get out of the tutorial. All i see are 6 pages to scroll back left and right. When it was working, it was great.
