Won't stay connected. I used to listed to Magic Christmas in the bathroom but this year, it looks like I'll be stuck with radio 4, as this app won't stay connected to the Internet.

Really great choice in music. You have the option to unlock all the other stations and be able to skip but I'm really happy with what's currently available. Only issue is some if the presenters don't know how to play just one song at a time so you sometimes get 2 songs playing over the top of each other which ruins both songs

I used to listen all the time via my phone, especially in the car, but for some reason lately the app can't seem to recognise the internet connection so won't stream. It's not my phone as everything else works fine. Even tried uninstalling etc, nothing works. Very sad as I love the music on the station. Usually 5 stars but had to mark it down.

Can no longer use since update today and on my birthday of all days. I listen to the radio to get to sleep. It keeps anxiety at bay. New update has removed the in app volume, which allowed me to listen to the radio only for xx minutes and not all the other noises coming from my phone,which would wake me. Very disappointed 😥 reply - no I'm definitely talking about the in app volume which allowed you to turn the volume of just the radio app on. The change in the sleep function is great, but not what I was referring to.

Great when it works, but playback stops after every ad break. Irrelevant whether I'm on cellular or WiFi, the app just stops playing. doesn't matter if the app is open or not, or in background, or even just sat looking at me... it just stops. it is also not specifically a set time when it dies...

Was a great app They've obviously done an update of some sort because the app no longer works. I've even signed up, turned on all permissions, nothing but an error reading 'Failure to give permission to access device location means that the app cannot play the radio' Didn't have this problem before and nothing to help rectify this issue. I'm now having to remove this app and move onto another radio station, bye bye Magic!

keeps crashing when it opens and I click 'skip' on giving my email like I do every day. Uninstalled now not even opening at all... Maybe a good thing, because made me realise how fed up I am of this app ALWAYS randomly crashing with the message "magic radio can't connect to the internet right now, please check your connection". When everything else using the internet dosen't crash? Not worth the hassle anymore.

I have been listening to magic at the musicals for a while now The past couple of weeks the magic android won't play keeps saying not connected to Internet It's happened before I normally restart my phone and it works But not now I've cleared the catch reinstalled the app but still says cant connect, I know the Internet is ok as my other apps are ok. I have also tried logging in and out of the appI would really appreciate your help as missing listening to the magic Emailed support no reply
