App leaves a lot to be desired. The messaging functionality is awful and removes spacing. You end up with long endless paragraphs. It freezes and often signs me out randomly. Requesting background check button bills credit card immediately with no confirmation so be careful where you click.

The app is clunky. Took forever to load main screen then did forgot password and it takes me to the website not the app but doesn't let me reset password so the one time login doesn't work because it reverts back to the website and not the app when I say to look at the recommendation of housekeepers. Then it shows to login again.

We pay for the premium service and have found it pretty easy to use. However this last year the profile for each sitter doesn't show correctly. The photos do not load even though the sitter has provided photos for their profile.

It helps you find nannies and babysitters but the app itself is terrible. It is glitchy and slow. The nanny taxes banner-ad at the top is terrible and I keep accidently tapping it when trying to scroll or open the menu. The main page is for new job postings only. It should have open job postings and messages. And when you are viewing applicants, you should be able to open their messages instead of starting a new message thread. I don't like it.

Customer service is horrible. They closed my annually paid for 3rd year account for changing my name. So if you get married or have a name change or prefer to use your business name, they'll just lock you out of your account and cancel without any explanation, written notice, or refund . Communicating with their overseas representatives is worse than talking to a wall or a bot. They're not educated or trained to help or be resourceful. They're only trained to forward links and read scripts.

I have a paid membership and can't message sitters without putting my credit card in for payment. Then they are forcing you to use their billing system now and charge you an extra $30 per booking. They just want money on top of money now. It used to be good.

30 people contacted ME to walk my dog. Only 1 actually showed up to a meet & greet. This app is also impossible to use, deletes messages as you type them, and costs $40/mo. Never using this service again.

This application and user experience is garbage in so many ways. I am so disappointed in the app functionality and the service. It doesn't allow you to communicate with applicants if they respond after your intended start date. They charge you money to use the app, but don't let you communicate with applicants. They don't let you share your phone number or email. I don't even understand what I paid for. I book another job so that I can communicate with applicants, and it still won't let me. LAME
