Disappointing I was able to pull my records from Kaiser, however, I am now with Anthem & when I try to access the info to import to Anthem's Sydney App, it keeps saying it connects, but then when I click "agree" to the terms, then it re- tries to connect and keeps saying "error establishing connection". ???.... I was looking forward to using this for easy sharing my existing records with new doctors at the Anthem coverage. Oh well, chalk it up to - if it sounds too good to be true...

1st time using and it has already been discouraging. Following instructions moving along then server error cannot complete your request try again. Seems it may be a little more bugs than you all say were fixed on the 5th of February 2021. Just would like seemless access to my health records please.

Trouble getting code entered after retrieving the code from email because for some reason the page reloads to the screen before which on that screen is the entering name, birthday, zipcode. Never experienced the app due to this code issue!!! But I am sure it is a very nice app providing service of pesonal private health information on a global technological worldwide networking

Unfortunately, it does not support near any of the healthcare facilities I use except for Johns Hopkins Medicine. Most of my information is stored in Epic's Lucy MyChart, Cerner Healthe, and Allscripts FollowMyHealth and there does not seem to be a way to upload the CCD documents with all information I have leaving many blanks in my health despite knowing them. I wish I could give a better review. But as is until there is Cerner and Allscripts integration this is useless.

Just a excellent app to use! With my mental illness, i can talk with All my doctor's and see All my appointments at a glance. I can even tell which doctor or nurse had access my medical records. A must have in world 🌍 of insecurities.

Very useful but I can't open the procedures and services tab it just spins a loading circle forever, and I tried to email their helpdesk and the email didn't go through

Won't connect to anthem. I'm connected in the online version, but the app just keeps saying the log in information is wrong.

Seems to be doing what it's supposed to, no issues so far. Would have given 5 but app seems kind of basic and dated.
