I have a Galaxy S24. I think there's some kind of bug with this app, I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it still won't work. I can log in after a lot of effort and error screens and it shows I have a reservation, but it won't allow me to see the details aside from the city and date. WTH???

Terrible app!! I'm already going to delete this app before I can get to book my first trip ..first off the test just to get into the app is absolutely ridiculous to find out if I'm not a robot there's 10 test just to open the app and then to try and book A car rental it keeps staying in this there's an error fix error below I've tried everything I changed the date the time pick up and drop off location everything it won't tell me what the error is so I can't fix it I have tried numerous times!

Was 5 star until I ran onto a login problem. Whoever designed the"puzzle " to get into the app obviously doesn't speak English well, or perhaps just doesn't really understand English. . It says turn the item to face in the direction of the hand" i tried that multiple times and then realized that they must have meant" turn the item to face the direction that the hand is pointing" these are 2 very different things! In fact almost every time they were opposite. It's actually kind of funny.

I used to rent from carrentals dot com often but for months I can't log into the app no matter what I try. When I shop online I get messages that rates are better in the app. I'm done trying. They've lost my business forever.

Extremely complicated experience with accident My rental car was hit while being parked, I had *FULL* coverage (full if you get hit, none if you hit someone, had to pay extra at pickup) which is through ALLIANZ, which provides ZERO information (claim amount granted, progress, etc.), everything is "give us 10 b. days". All the info I got came from FOX's representative. And even thought they claim to offer zero deductible, they didn't want to cover 100% and it was up to me to work it out with FOX

Confusing layout, often will not show upcoming reservations and if it does, often cannot get details. Weirdly, there seems to be poor communication between the app and my web account. It's a bit of a mess and not helpful. I really wanted to like it.

I used the app to book a car. The company called me at the last minute saying they had no more rentals for the day. The app took $40 for an insurance hold on the vehicle. I can't get a refund and people have called me several times saying they are working on it. They will scam you and take your money with this app. Stay away!
