This app is horrible to navigate. When searching by a specific area, not all restaurants show up. There's no way to sort by pass versus fail ratings. Information is also inaccurate. For example, The Coconut in downtown Reno had a critical violation within the last year or so, but when you search for them and look at inspection history it says "no violation found". But when you click on the inspection itself, the report clearly states there was a violation. We deserve better!

Clunky and very slow, even on Wifi. Couldn't find a couple of restaurants I know exist, and the ones I could find, the color of the restaurant had no color match in the legend. The potential is there but, it should not have been released yet. Improve it significantly and I'll try it again. For now we'll stick with asking friends and Yelp.

I want to see the inspection results for restaurants in a different area of town than where I live but this app won't let me do that. It doesn't even allow you to search by name. It will only display businesses close to where it determines you are at the moment you're looking at your phone.

Very glitchy, often does not load properly, missing information on many restaurants that exist. This app needs to be substantially redesigned and checked before it can be useful.

clumsy and difficult to navigate information is not up to date and you are unable to see if current rating is a result of a recent inspection also you cannot change your settings once they are entered

This app sucks. Its search feature leaves a lot to be desired. Go back to being able to search on the website. Not EVERYTHING needs to be an app!

Unclear about cottage kitchen and what the are allowed to sell. Also needs date of initial inspections and should be annual without notice. Rampant fraud in the so called "homemade goods for extra money" with zero oversight is damaging to business that pay taxes, fees for inspections, and do not sell potentially poisonous food!!! System needs a complete overhaul before someone DIES!
