Excellent app! Excellent customer support! I was worried I wouldn't find work without using a traditional agency. With this app, I have so much work that I've had to block future weeks to maintain my flexibility. I worked in the same office for 12 years and loved it but I needed flexibility for my son. Cancelling a whole week whenever I need to is a lifesaver! I've tried a couple other apps but this one is the best! I love Cloud Dentistry! I tell everyone about it!

The app lags a lot. Also, I feel like I'm not protected as a temp hygienist if an office cancels with less than 24 hours before the shift starts. I thought if that happened, I would be compensated at least partially but apparently it's only a $75 fee and that's if you don't get any other offers before the shift starts. Update: now I can't even log into the app. I have to use the actual website. I'm sure it's some kind of bug in the app. So annoying!

09282023: i feel like This is a never ending problem. Now your app won't even let me log in. I enter my password along with my email. Then it reverts back to log in screen!! 11082021: the app is not working at all it did not work last night and it has not worked all day today so how the hell they expect us to accept or decline jobs when we can't get into the system. The app is great for getting jobs unfortunately half the time it takes you 9 or 10 tries in a day to get your timesheet uploaded.

Strait forward! Love how they verify and have w2 option only if you want. Love being able to connect directly with offices and the setting availability feature is key!

I have worked with several temp agencies over the last 30 years. Sometimes you walk into great offices sometimes you walk into ones you hope to never see again. With Cloud Dentistry every office I have worked at, the office has been lovely as well as the staff. I would highly recommend them

Has a few issues to work on. You are not able to check your messages between you and other offices if you haven't left a review for offices you've temped at. Or even look at your profile at all. Doesn't have much of a contact in case you need help with something. 30 dollars for a background check but helps your chances of booking more jobs. Giving it four stars because at the end of the day it did help me land jobs.
