Needs some fixesl (Samsung s8 active) First, the pages seem to stop scrolling. I believe this because I can find no place to save my profile, and I cannot scroll to the place in the panel description to show what track a panel is part of. Second, I cannot see where I can just filter by track in events. If I don't need to see the filking and photo sessions, I should be able to filter them out. The taxonomy of track/event seems really off.

It's not an obvious and rather counterintuitive that friends aren't added at the friends panel, but the attendees tab on the main page. More importantly, events that cross midnight appear on the agenda, but not the schedule. The schedule is the default, which is frustrating. Links to exhibitor websites get an error page, although links to Facebook pages apoear to work correctly. On the plus side, the maps are great and easy to read and the event filters are super helpful.

Let's face it, it's the only app for DragonCon, so it's not like they'll fix it. Still, there are a number of problems experienced on a Pixel XL 2. First, the app will randomly disable the back button, so every time you try to add a friend, you're stuck on the profile of another friend. Even removing them from friends doesn't fix this. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app. But the app doesn't remember anything about you. Friends? Gone. Schedule? Gone. Hours of your life? Gone.

Functional convention apps exist why are we bothering with this? It's so bad. The back button goes back a random number of levels. The icons aren't consistent (events=star at bottom of page, save event to schedule=star, schedule=clipboard, rate event=clipboard). It's not easy to get between pages and annoying to use

It seems to me I should have the choice of just rejecting or ignoring friend requests instead of taking up so much time sending out friend codes, ya know? I ain't got time to send out a new code everytime, I'm trying to get to a panel!!! Also the whole thing feels a bit messy. Scrolling is an issue. It jumps/skips while I'm looking through events and then I have to do insane amounts of scrolling up to find where I was to begin with. & the search results aren't alphabetical.

Nice to be able to easily plan schedules with friends, handy maps and all that. It would be nice to be able to hide specific events alongside the filter tool so we could stop seeing events we know for sure we have no interest in without having to hide an entire track since there are constant schedule updates and we might miss something if we hide the whole track using filters.

The software is difficult to use. It has potential to be easier to use than the print edition. Trying to find what I want filtered by hotel, date, and time was a complete waste of my time! Getting directions between hotels was another wasted effort. It should tie into our gps software on our smartphones to provide live turn-by-turn directions and thrn continue with that once we enter the buildings.

I love the app versus trying to read the website for prep or walking around. With the app, I know when things I want to see are overlapping so I can find another instance or plan which hotel I need to be in to make it in time.
