You can't mute it if the app is open. If You have phone on mute it would put back on loud. There is no way to mute this pleass fix this its soo annoying specially when there is a customer in the car every time you receive a new job it will ping

I disagree with Abdul, they are extremely professional, nice bunch of guys. However, the driver job portal is proffered to use an algorithm based on drivers historical data; therefore new drivers **might** be disadvantaged. As drivers chooses their jobs, but it's bidding war, not like other systems. More or less like a lottery system. This is bcos they now have too many drivers. ***But they sit among the best Private Hire Companies in London***.

Before the update used to work very well on Galaxy A71 now nothing pulls through. The agency used to pay very well but now too many drivers have signed up so the demand is low hence low pay.
