I got it. Filled it. Set up my phone. First day I got both notifications from the phone and the box. Ever since, it only beeps on the box. I was happy that still was working. It went off at 8am today on the box only and I took the AM pills but box is still flashing lights as if I didnt open it and take them. The App no longer works. It shows my pills, but I cant click on anything like to edit or see doses and time. I guess I'll uninstall the App and see if that works. But I'm bummed.

I have always struggled with remembering to take my medication. This pill reminder organizer is exactly what I needed! I had tried the more common pill organizers in the past, and none were as easy to fill or remember. If I did have a wishlist, it would be the ability to include dosage, or label each medication with instructions like "Take with food". Ultimately, it would be amazing if the app could sync with a medication database to provide drug interaction information.

The box has been very helpful as I take a lot of meds. However, after using the app on my phone, it often goes blank and I need to restart my phone to view anything in the app. Yesterday and today neither the box nor the phone alarms went off and I missed my meds - could be a dangerous situation! I now have to create separate alarms on my phone for each dose as I'm afraid Ellie Grid will fail again. It's amazing when it works!

UI not very responsive. Hardware was not fully functional. Can not schedule meds not in box, have to maintain several apps. Can't rearrange meds after assigned to section (must recreate completely). Must specify a schedule individually per med, can't select from a created schedule. Customer service is not responsive. I can't recommend, too much work to be done. Feels Alpha.

The creators dont seem to have any interest in making the app functional. Basic functions such as changing your schedule cause the app to crash. These have been ongoing issues on the dev side for YEARS despite constant promises that "the next update will fix everything!". I shouldn't have to troubleshoot, Uninstall, reinstall, and delete, and reneter all of my information every 3 days. This app is the backbone of the $100+ device and without fixing the bugs, it makes the hardware useless.

I absolutely love the concept. My husband bought this due to me undergoing brain surgery 5 days ago. Everytime either one of us gets a notification we need to restart our phone to actually access the app! This would be great if it actually did as intended and made our lives easier, especially for the price he paid. However he is under a great deal of stress, now stressing trying to get the box and app to work as intended. If it would I could manage on my own 😪 Needless to say, disappointed.

Worked for a few days and now it will only blink red at the box. There are a lot of fundamental problems with how this connects or should I say the lack of connection to the pill box. Very expensive bookend that happens to hold pills. There is no rhyme or reason for it to stop working and very little guidance on how to repair the connection. I'm in the technology field and have been for 20+ years, this seems like a basic app and functioning pillbox with way too many issues. Very disaapointed

Update 10/5/2020- I was able to get on and get it set up. Pros- It's a very cool concept and I've been using it for 3 days now. As someone who works 60+ hours a week I found it hard to remember to take my supplements throughout the day. I'd get busy and 3 hours would have passed. This helps me not only to take my supplements, but because I'm taking something at 4 intervals throughout the day it's also helping to drink more water and eat healthier which was part of my health journey.
