This review is for the app not the company. App feels like it's still in development. Problem areas: having to scroll to the top of the page to see the date for the shift that you are looking at. Make the date scroll with the page. The address for the facility should be in the search results. Don't know how accurate the mileage Not able to search from current location. not enough information before you select the shift no way to undo it after you've selected it. BE Careful.

The app is horrible! It takes too long to load. I'll be on time for my shift but have to wait at least 2 minutes for it let me in. The connection on my phone and tablet are fine because everything else runs smoothly. This whole app needs to be redesigned. I prefer Intelycare's app over this. It is smoother and overall a cleaner and simpler app.

ANYONE HAVING THR ERROR MESSAGE! On my Android if I delete the storage data and the cache before opening the app you don't have keep reinstalling it. I don't know if that will work for everyone but after a months of dealing with this i finally don't have to reinstall before every use of the app now. Horrible app. I switched phones and now I can't access my work app at all. No one from this app will contact you back either.

Always have to delete the data in order to sign at the end of each shift. Looking at the reviews this has been an issue for while. Favorite needs to do better and stay on top of this app or get a new system. Hasn't been updated since December 2019. Its so embarrassing trying to have a supervisor sign you out at the end of the shift and you're pretty much at the mercy of the app in order to get paid. No way around it.

I agree with everyone 'a review. This App is pitiful. I've been unable to open it since December 28th to have my shifts signed. This is my 7th shift since December 28th. I canceled the App thinking I could install it again and it would work again..Wrong!!!!!! Favorite tells me it's my responsibility to have the hospital download a timesheet sign it and email it back to them or I won't be paid. I fill out a blank piece of paper with my time have the House Supervisor sign it. I snap a photo of it and text it to Favorite and told them it's their responsibility to get the timse sheet to and from the Hospital that Favorite requires. The Hospital is fed up ,I'm fed up and 2 more shifts this week and good bye Favorite. I'll find an Agency that uses paper timesheets..

I have this app on 2 different types of phones, more than not keep getting Error message on both phones. Have uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. Which mean I can't look for shifts. Also who ever is inputting data, needs to recheck for correctness, app says one thing like 10 miles away and was 1hr away from my location.

the update is terrible! freezes all the time. logs off in the middle of signing off for my shift. The words are extra small. Booking multiple shifts in the calender tends to freeze it as well. I wish they never changed it

I have had to uninstall then reinstall this app twice in order for it to start working properly because it freezes. I'm getting ready to uninstall it for a third time. It's a great app, just wish it would work properly.
