I absolutely DESPISE this app!! It is the worst app I've ever used. It is so slow to load once you put in your information. I have to restart my phone several times to get it to stop loading. I've uninstaller & reinstalled this app but I still have the same problem I can't get into it or sometimes when I finally get into it & I can't add a visitor then I have to logout & try again. I would give this app ZERO stars if that was possible!

system works only sporadically. expected guest arrived (on our permanent guest list). was told their name wasn't on the list then told our guest they called us but we didn't respond. we were holding our phones the entire time. Very dissapointing while other times the gates stay open well into the night in phase 3.

Days on end with Envera customer service getting this app to accept any password on my new Samsung Galaxy A23 phone. I have to get on the Internet in my browser and type in their website address, and then I can put the password in and it finally works. They have tried everything for hours each day with 3 different service people. I cannot use this app on my new phone even after all their technical help. HORRIBLE APP.

I never really write detailed reviews but envera "guards" are the absolute the worst people ever. So I got a new car still waiting on my new tag since they are not transferable. I went on the app change the necessary details. So when I got to the gate I had to use the visitor side and had to in my ID which I did. The person asked where I going I said I am going home my address is listed on ID and the karen was rude and denied access to my own home and I answered all her ridiculous questions.

Horrible app. The developer needs to go back to coding school. To start with when you first install the app & launch it you are not given the option to set set up a new account. When you click help you are asked to pick an operating system. When you pick Android you are presented with the iPad how to.. I mean come on people!

The MyEnvera gate system works very inconsistently. Several times we have had visitors or delivery drivers turned away when we were waiting for them. They are unreachable by phone and their online support is extremely limited. Our community is very frustrated with their service and support.

The icon disappeared from my phone so I have to pull up my account on the play store. That used to work. Now The app doesn't respond. Can't enter password and now I can't enter my username. Customer service sucks.

App almost never gives me a notification when guests come through the gate. When it dies give me the notification it's often after the person already is in my house. Also no way to have an audio notification. Badly designed app
