If I could rate zero stars I would. Like I mean the issues with Goodwrx in Las Vegas is absolutely, and literally I mean never ending. They offer u a job and quite literally 10 seconds later you cannot see nor accept the offer. After timeless complaints about this and getting help logging in, text messaging them is useless, I mean I wish I could post some of the meaningless responses they give with no type of help I mean OH BOY!!It's so bad I don't even look at the app anymore period.

I think it's a bit slow nowhere near as Hi-Tech as it could be. And I also notice some people get the gigs faster than others because I've literally clicked on it 20 seconds after it arrived and someone had already taken it. Also I think there should be a way to give more time for employees special requests to respond.

Notifications don't pop up half the time, jobs come up last minute, you only get a minute to decide too because once you get a job offer it's gone just as quickly as it came. It's literally timed. I've had the app for months and haven't worked a single shift because of these issues and support doesn't really listen they just get upset or ignore me because I want more jobs with more notice and for the notification thing to work. At least 1-2 days notice. Not the day of.

The application process is problematic. It was pending verification for over 2 months. After countless contact with customer support, it finally went through. But since then, there has been NO work at all (in Las Vegas). Coincidentally, my personal info starts showing on the dark web and getting more scam messages offering new jobs. I'm starting to worry if this company is really what it is offering and worrying about my personal info I submitted in my application. I regret signing up.

Gave 2 stars because it's a good idea but it's been a week and still says verifying. If this is actually better then going down to the union hall I would happily change my rating but honestly it's feeling 1 star-ish. (Plus there aren't any actual ratings/reviews for this app so kinda feels "sus"). UPDATE: Going to stick with the 2 stars I don't like how the app doesn't go with the availability you put in and I REALLY don't like how they start sending multiple texts from different numbers.

There's a lot that they need to do and add on this app. One thing I wish that they can put in the pay periods on the app. So we can know when we'll get paid.

I'm not getting notifications of job offer on notification bar and by the time I see the notification dot on the app itself the job offer says it's expired. For example today the job offer came in at 3:38pm with no notification on notification bar and at 3:42pm ONLY FOUR MINUTES LATER WHEN I NOTICED A NOTIFICATION DOT ON THE APP ITSELF IT SAID THE JOB OFFER HAS EXPIRED. THIS APP IS NOT WORKING IF IT DOESN'T ALLOW A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY TO ACCEPT A SHIFT BECAUSE OF ITS FAULTY NOTIFICATION BAR.
