I am experiencing an issue with logging into my account on Greythr App. Every time I try to log in, the app remains stuck on the loading screen and doesn’t proceed further. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Now the issue is solved. Thanks for the quick response.I have the changed the review rating for customer friendly.

Unable to open the app, says USB debugging enabled. Clearly shows lead by dumb leadership who doesn't understand the android system leading to such worst user experience. If your app is compiled for prod with usb debugging disabled and all best practices followed in the app development, you don’t need this check. With the reply comments you are proving nill competency of development team in the android. Wish to rate -1. So many banking apps work without this check.

I was facing issue with disabling Developer options from the settings. I sent an email to the support team. Bhavan Kumar assisted within few minutes. Appreciate the quick response and the resolution.

On daily basis it gets logged out. Everytime I have to login again and the worst part is it doesn't allow to login if we are using mobile data. Have to connect to WiFi. Same issue again and again.

All over the application is good but when you try to open the application it takes minimum 2 min to open the app and after it takes too much to fetching the location so its very irritating for any employee and another this is that when there's a network issue its shows that 'we are losing' but after get back to the network it doesn't refresh by its self please have a look on this little things to makes your app work faster Thankyou

App is not working smoothly , taking too much time for opening,normally it's taking 50-60 second for opening. In my phone rest applications are working smoothly and fast only this app having issues.

I was having an issue with my login , i tried uninstalling the app then reinstall it but was still showing the same problem.. then i wrote my problem here and in few minutes they responded.. it was MR.Bhavan who helped me with the my issue... i did what he said and my problem was solved... I'll change my review and give 5 star for coustomer service...thanks again and happy diwali 🪔
