The app worked great untill the 10/22/24 update. Since then I've had nothing but problems with the app, so many I cannot list them all here as the list goes well past the character limit. I hope everything gets resolved soon as I am sure I am not the only one having these issues. The most prominent of the issues is that the app randomly logs you into sites you have previously checked out of after you check into another site and click add report causing misplaced reports and unhappy clients.

this app is constantly clocking me out, constantly says "no internet available" when I clearly have internet, the app crashes, it doesn't automatically check you in or out of posts like it's supposed to. this app is complete trash. it also takes forever to load anything at all

The 8.0 update has addressed most of our concerns and has overall been a major improvement. We have used several other security company tracking apps in the past. However, Guardspro has been the best.

Wish the GPS had a broader range and not targeted to a tiny section as it takes 20 to 30 seconds sometimes to locate.

I like the platform, but tends to be a little buggy. We continually have multiple clock-ins, by multiple Officers, but continually told it is errors made by the Officers or out-dated phone OS, rather than the app. Also, $10/month per employee adds up over time. I'd like to see a price break after so many users.

I do not approve of how it charges per active user and then counts me as 2 users because I am an admin? That doesn't seem very fair to me. I will be switching to the connectteam app which is free for businesses under 10 employees. Seems like a lot of people are making that switch from what the ratings are saying. This is a great app with terrible support that claims it is 24/7 but it is not. They need to sort out their support system and work on better prices. 500 a year for 3 employees and me.

Works sometimes, constant disconnections from server and inability to enter reports almost every other day. Clocked out at random through the day while attempting to do work. Definitely need some updates and work done.

Hi, please add the option to offer shift to employees rather than just swap. Means if I want to give up my shift and want to give it to my colleague. Also please add the option to check in and do reports at site without the need of being clocked in. Sometimes 2 guards comes at site for sometime but can't make report because usually one guard it scheduled for the full shift.
