now that the app is stable, I have to admit I use it all the time for travel to and from work. the drivers are always polite and helpful, especially handy if like me you are disabled.

Since the updates started rolling out with the Argyle system, the quality of app has not worked as well as it once used to, and this has affected the customer experience, such as wait times not accurately given, unable to type in app to create a destination. Add this to the issues caused by the pandemic, the taxi firm that once scored a very strong 5 stars can only score a 2 from me. However, they are still the best taxi company on the Wirral area by a million mile.

Terrible. A very good way of taking your hard earned money but offers nothing in return. App completely reflects the company. The GPS on the app is nothing short of horrifically wayward, never correct. You aren't put into a priority queue or anything like that so there is no benefit to using the app. Drivers will either turn up early, when you're not quite finished getting ready and the driver will just disappear after 3 minutes OR they show up extremely late or just not at all. Avoid!

I use this app a lot & 80% of the time it works well & as it should. However, with the recent update, I've found that my bookings are already set to pay with cash, even though my card is set as my default payment in my settings. This has caught me out twice now, which has resulted in spending more on fare to get to a cash point & back to my destination!

This app is super buggy, there's a new version every few months where you seem to change everything apart from the actual problems with it. The GPS locator is terrible and often tries to tell me I'm about half a mile from where I actual am. The live view of where cars are disappears after your trip is booked, which is really the only time you want to see where the cars are.

awful app. I try to book a taxi and almost every time my driver either doesn't show up or arrives late, that is assuming I can even book a taxi because half the time the app can't even manage that and even if it can my booking time constantly changes. I can recall many time where I specifically book a taxi for 7:30 and the booking time changes to a later time. It can change that much that it won't show up until over an HOUR later than I wanted. It's quicker to walk then to book. Do not download

Would give zero stars if I could. The app consistently states 30 minutes and never changes, says no drivers in area despite 6 or 7 cars showing on the map, and doesn't update when the driver turns up (eventually). Also the call centre staff lie when you ring, claiming a 'new app' was released a few weeks ago, which is utter nonsense. I will be removing my details and happily paying the uber surcharge to actually get a taxi now.
