Great, but Works off and on. Loved this app at first then it started crashing. I Uninstaller and reinstalled and had to set everything back up then it worked. This happened a few times so it's annoying. The nice thing about the app is you didn't need to bring your license along, but since this app is not trustworthy, you still need your license. It might be a good idea if they texted you before doing an update so you know when to check to see if it is works before leaving license home.

Love the fact this this is a thing now. That having been said: as an engineer I have some comments. On my galaxy 10 plus it's slow to load. It seems to hang making the phone seem frozen. It then black screens for about 5 seconds before getting into the app. Consider some runtime optimization. Set up was unstable and slightly cumbersome and really could use some tweaks especially the facial setup. Wiz screens are too slow to give buttons. Face open does not work for me. Some options seem unneeded

Used to work flawlessly on my S21+. Just updated the app today, and now it just crashes upon launch. Not a good experience, especially considering this is a mainstream device and not a fringe use case. I then figured I'd try to uninstall and reinstall the app fresh, but while that led to being able to open the app, I was unable to register because the app now does not associate itself properly and when tapping on the verification SMS link, it tries to open in the web browser and fails rather than in the app to successfully validate. Terrible experience.

I had a big issue a couple of years ago when I originally installed this app. I changed my phone and couldn't get it to work on my new phone, even after contacting the developers so I stop trying and forgot about the app until today, when I installed it on my Samsung Galaxy S23 and saw an upgraded app that was easy to install and is working beautifully so far so I am changing my rating to a five star. Good work, guys...

Love being able to show my ID without having to remove from wallet and is verified. Glad DE got on the page with other states.

Update 3/19/22: When trying to setup the app, the link that was texted to my phone doesn't work. App is still unusable. The app stopped working entirely, and crashes upon opening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no help. I'll go back to using my hard ID.

Works well enough, took a few tries to activate, clunky UI. The link they text you doesn't work, but after a couple tries it miraculously did get me through. Once I finally did activate my account I'm able to access my ID without issue - great that this is offered!

Was fine at first. Then i couldnt log in with my pin, the facial login says connect the points, but there are not points to connect. I chated with support. The said to unenroll then reenroll. But the menu isnt ther to do so. Then they said unistall the app and reinstall. I did, but the link it sends my phone to reenroll dosnet open in any browser. Pretty useless at this point.
