The features of the app are good and pretty easy to use. The problem is you can't use them. As others have said, it loads the video at high definition and every few seconds, keeps downgrading the video quality "to play more smoothly". This happens with very strong wifi or 5G signal. Once it downgrades the quality, everything is too blury to see. I haven't had this system too long and I don't think it originally did this. I think there was an app update a couple months ago that caused this. 😡

I'm happy with the app. I've been using it for a year and just bought a second system for an additional property. Called Tech support to see if I can monitor both systems on same app, same account, the guy answered my question and gave me a helpful tip. I'm still running wires and haven't set up second system yet.

Just upgraded to a Galaxy S22. The video feeds don't display and say device offline or network error but when I check with my old Galaxy S8 the video shows fine. This company doesn't maintain the mobile app for modern OS's. That's also why their web app can still only been run using Internet Explorer long after it's been sunset. Do better Invidtech.

Installed for multiple people/businesses across multiple locations, multiple networks and firewalls. Never seem to have much of an issue. Reading some of the reviews, I think some users may not be technical enough to do certain things themselves without some guidance (which is to be expected). I did update my Android OS today, which also updated that app, and it did delete all of my devices, which is annoying that I have set that back up. That would be my only real critique so far.

Absolutely worthless. Can't get My videos to load. This has been going on for awhile. Spent a lot on this system to be dealing with this useless app. I am a business that I need to monitor frequently from these cameras and I can't because this app is worthless. Hardly ever loads. Can't switch from camera to camera. Pictures are blurry and can't replay from this app either. Horrible.

Terrible!!! Try to review footage of 4 cameras at once since i need to view all angles of a vehicle at once....THE CAMERAS ARE ALWAYS LAGGING OR AT DIFFERENT TIMES OR FROZEN OR OFFLINE. THIS APP IS WAY TOO FRUSTRATING. It is extremely frustrating when I need to send quick footage of proof to my staff to show a customer that their vehicle came in with damage. It is not my internet service, i have added more and no difference this app needs a lot of work.

The app works when you're inside the network and connects to the NVR just fine. But when you try to connect it when you're outside in that work to the NAT'D IP address it does not want to connect everything is the same except the IP is the NAT'D. Not worth it if I can't view the cameras outside my network, suffice to say support has been less than helpful.

Changed rating to 3 stars. What's up with this new 'LOW RESOLUTION PICTURE' when viewing on mobile device. Image is blurry and not defined. Totally useless. Super definition feature doesnt work anymore. Developer, why fix something that's not broke!
