1: The app desperately needs a dark mode. The blindingly white background is painful to look at. 2: I keep getting logged out and have to log back in again and again, which is pretty annoying. 3: Notifications open to an old message (always the same one) and doesn't refresh properly. 4: When trying to read messages/chats, it fails and pops up a generic error message like "Something went wrong" 5: A web interface for interaction with the app would be very helpful. 6: Terrible navigation/UX.

Serious performance issues. Very often ends up asking me to log in again and again until death. It's also demented when it comes to expecting parents to fill in the exact times of delivery and pick up for everyday individually. Communication with teachers is made more complicated with chat channels where each and every teacher has to be added manually by the parents. Also no available website, only mobile app, and no way to contact software support. An embarrassing waste of public money.

Loggs me out every couple of days and then I miss push notifications from kindergarten. Also kindergartners are getting logged out and struggle with the app. Also, I am sometimes getting an eternal loading screen. Useable but I prefer email over this experience.

When clicking on a notification, instead of going to the event that triggered the notification, it goes to an old one (always the same one). App has no web interface afaik, yet no internal pdf or doc reader, so have to download everything to phone. Can't interact with images to save them.

This app fails at the bare minimum functionality for a day care facility, no option to track sleep schedule, messages from staff don't arrive, tracking drop off and pick up doesn't work. Staff at daycare switched to using paper again, that's how much of a failure this app is.

Getting message "Error occured" each time after reporting an absence. However after refreshing the page, absence are registered so at least this works. Can you fix this bug? It has been there for months (years), wondering how you test your apps? 23.12.2022 Downgraded rating from 2 to 1 star after getting answer in Danish/Norwegian from app developer / support team to message/claim submitted in English.

Hi, I can't log in to the app. When I enter all the information and it says I am logged in successfully, it sends me back to the first page.

Not able to get notifications turned on on Android because the app is not listed. App has different name in store and after install, and lack a lot of Android app control features. Often takes forever to refresh content in the app. A low quality app from a low quality company. Usability from the schools side is horrible too.
