I like the app, nothing is perfect but it's good. The most recent update with the map, not good. It was perfect before. Longitude/latitude is less accurate than just putting in the address or location. It might be ok for highway/Turnpike call if they can't see mile marker or exit. If i could contact the customer or Dispatch before I accept or reject a call, that would be GREAT.! I'm positive this would cut down the number of GOAs and rejected calls. Before the map update 90% accuracy after 60%

Added a star because it now has a workable way to operate on 2 different devices, semi-simultaneously. Needs a dark mode option. The button to call customer is too small. Most times it takes me 3 or 4 tries to get it, not good since I'm driving. Vehicle line needs fixed, it's too small and we cannot see the color most of the time. Update: Resequence no longer functioning properly.

With the new update I cannot see the map!! Very important when you've got drivers working specific areas!! This app has its good points and bad...it would be nice if it had its own notification sound and would notify you even if you were using a different app on your phone...(yes I have changed all my settings to allow this) and also if the developer could do something about it crashing all the time!! *UPDATE* it would also be great if this app wasn't such a drain on the phones battery!!

This app sucks. It's stupid. You have to look at it all day to get any calls. Having it in you pocket and getting it out to accept a call gets you no calls it will be gone before you can pull it out if your pocket. The buttons are to little to use while driving down the road. It has no night mode and sucks to use at night. Using the map with the app it allows phone calls to be priority and won't allow you to see the app or use the map while talking with a customer on the phone. Negative *'s

Made account on the website. Downloaded app. Wrong password it says. Tried to change the password. Cant change to the current password. What the hell? Changed password to a newer and simpler one. Still only issues. If I can't even sign in to their stuff, I couldnt imagine what it would be like when working for them or receiving their service. Stay away!!!

Was told by Auto Rescue solutions to download this app unfortunately it just forecloses as soon as you open it. Also onboarding process would stop me and tell me my address was incorrect. management went in entered it manually and it still would not work. So with no working app I can't work I can't pay my bills. Auto Rescue Solutions also said this app would work on all devices. But they will tell you anything that you want to hear just to keep you happy. And they never pay ontime watchout!!!

They never fix this app. It has bugs in it that have been there since the first day it was. And quite honestly I wouldn't recommend working for Auto Rescue. Management is utterly incompetent. Just look at this buggy crappile of an app if you want proof. The stupid thing regularly freezes, and glitches out WHILE I'm doing a call. And on top of that they've made it so that someone else can snatch up your call even though you just accepted it. This app AND the company behind it SUCK. 0/10

app works fine most of the time... it's the increasingly reoccurring occasions where you bring the signature screen to the customer and it reverts back to the picture taking check out process where the job decides to clog itself in your job logs and prevent you from updating any future jobs because the other one is "still syncing" forcing you to uninstall and then reinstall that the app falls to 2 stars in my book. learn to program an app!
