Tried the first time this week. Most of the bikes I came across are shown broken / damaged after scan (but they are off the map). Some bikes shown on map are not open for app users as they are locked by 3rd party lock. It is kind of frustrated. I spent 40 mins to look for a bike and eventually arrived the destination by foot. I finally can locate an available bike in my return trip. I am expecting continuous improvements in the service level. Thanks for contribution to the community!

horrible, paid $200 worked only once, can't unlock bikes and cant even end rent sessions. tried contacting support multiple times through app and email with no response for few weeks, credit is used up without being able to rent

App has a bag after I updated it, and now it automatically crashes on Samsung s21, tried to uninstall. Didn't help

So the first time I tried this it worked very smoothly, but then the next time it was a scam. It was going good during the unlock process but then when I had to lock it the lock button just disappeared. Fortunately I read some articles and they said to apparently "lock it with hands" and luckily it worked. This app just makes you buy the cheapest option, ($4 for 30 minutes) and just continuously takes away your money because the app itself has too many ads and lags a lot. 10/10 don't recommend!!

Don't download this app! It's loaded with annoying ads and can never connect to the bike. I have to restart my phone every time to make it work. Worst experience ever! Plus, they force you into an expensive monthly plan. Regret every dollar spent on it! And it forces you to use all the credits within a short period of time! Do not waste your money!

The Loco service is excellent (bikes everywhere) but the app is terrible. Long loading times because of ads, interstitial ads that make accessing bikes inconvenient, and also unlocking a bike fails 50% of the time. The app also freezes regularly. If you fix this (remove interstitial ads and solve the unlocking issue) you'll have the best service in HK.

It works and it's cheap, but only their new bikes (with 3 big spokes) are usable, the old ones are extremely hard to ride, feels like going uphill all the time, even when going slightly downhill. Also most of the interface is in Chinese, and the app keeps spamming me with Chinese notifications :(

Your app is so trash it's not even funny. Takes 5 minutes each to check in and check out. 1 star lol
