I have been trying to generate an OTP for my line but your app keeps telling me to enter a valid 9mobile line. What do you mean by that? How can you 9mobile not recognise a 9mobile line? I got this app just 6 minutes ago, hoping to find ease subscribing but I've totally lost interest. You need to work on your entire selves. Extremely slow app that makes you wait for "ages" for a simple otp to drop. And of course it will never arrive 99.9% of the time. Fix this "tortoise-speed" experience and see how it transforms user experience.

This is the most useless app in Play Store, created by, arguably, the worst network service provider in Nigeria right now. When they were Etisalat, they were one of the best, but since rebranding to 9mobile, their service has drastically declined. Don't waste your data in downloading this app.

Very bad. I can't register my phone number. The app keeps returning the error message "please enter a valid 9mobile number" after inputting my 9mobile number. It seems the maker of the app copied another network app code, which is why it can't recognise 9mobile numbers.

the whole security architecture design needs to be reviewed and redone. Why am I always required to get otp to gain access? is this a bank app or what? The worst part is that the network is so scantily available that I could make 5 updates on the play store without ever getting access to the app. Also, why would your network be off for days and weeks on end? Isn't this crazy?
