All app controls are on the bottom of the screen, where our phone controls are. I want to press back, I go to a discard screen or a bookmark screen CONSTANTLY. Then the app sends me to the dashboard (the beginning). Also, typing in the comments box, my phone keyboard jumps down, up, down, up with every keyboard type, sometimes without even typing. Like its going thru spasms. Only on this app. I have to cut/paste from another app to fill in the comments.

IDK how it works for the end users but I've been programming information on this app for a week and its absolute trash! Crashes all the time, crashes if you tap your phone's back button by accident. Won't let you back out of adding a child asset should you accidentally tap that. You cannot go back and review any items for accuracy once uploaded you just have redo it all over. You cannot add new model numbers but you can add any serial number you want. The app actually wastes your time!

This app is useless. Dashboard will not load. My company IT department is scratching their heads as to why it won't work for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. It was working, then it just stopped. Keeps saying live updates have been paused, and instructs me to refresh. Still gets to same spot and locks up. Let it run all night, and still no progress. Only reason I don't give it a less than zero star rating is because the app won't let me.

I'd like to give it less than a star. It constantly kicks you off or just doesnt work. This app is garbage that we are made to use at my job. Now its stuck in between some data loading and says system messed up. Makes about the 5th or 6th time I've had issues and have to just through hoops everytime to get it fixed for it to mess up again. Someone needs to do a better job with a support system for this app.

Horrendous app. I spend more time trying to close work orders than physically doing them. If any work orders don't properly sync it gets stuck in an eternal loop. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone for any reason unless you have unlimited time to sit on the phone with their "service" dept. HORRIBLE

Alpha release at best. Numerous problems: 1) excessive permissions requested, 2) screen capture prevented by app (why?) 3) unresponsive buttons, 4) broken search function, 5) ENTIRE ticket database is synced with phone every 90 minutes! Perhaps all the tables in the DB are synced, I'm not sure.) That last one really gets me: on the desktop the database is remote and searches happen on the server, results are served up to a browser, but on mobile where battery power is limited, data is slow and expensive, storage is limited, and processors are small - that's where the devs decided to download everything and do everything locally!? It's a really bad model and it is simply not scalable. If an organization has more than just a few employees then everyone will have to invest in top of the line phones to handle the DBs.

The Nuvolo app gets stuck during "Building Database" and it is telling me it is experiencing network interruption and I have pressed the refresh button. We have uninstalled and re-installed, but Nuvolo doesn't seem to work on any tablet or phone. We have been using the desktop computers.

Every time you have to log out and log back in.It takes forever and you get this building database.Screen that never goes away.So we have to delete the app and reload it. Been trying to get this loaded all day. The fact that you got One star is amazing. Did Joe Biden help develop this app....
