I love this app. It's able to sync to our tablets and sends all the data to it. However i wish i was able to use my galaxy watch to do this while on scene of an arrest. It's more professional (imo) instead of getting out my phone and looking like I'm texting someone or looking at fb. Or maybe a voice activated handtevy. (handtevy mark 1 dose of epi). That's just my opinion and wish of this app.

This is not only an amazing app, but the entire Handtevy system (app + equipment setup) is a game changer for EMS. And not only pediatric care but adult care too! Parkview Health provides EMS services for 8+ counties in NE Indiana and have the Handtevy system and app at all of our sites for a little over 2 years. The protocol integration is amazing and the newer Handtevy connect is an excellent addition. There is so much more it has to offer as well!

Not only has the implementation of this system within the EMS system I work for been an incredible tool, it has changed the way I look at Pediatric patients. My agency now has HandTevy kits on all our apparatus that include the "book" but the addition of the Phone application has made things even easier. I truly appreciate the ability to mark the medications and procedures than I have performed as well as the times they were accomplished. No more math!!! Bravo Dr. and thank you for making my job easier.

The app is easy to use, it does take some instruction to get use to it. It takes the stress out of treating pediatric patients and makes memorization of drug doses, electricity and fluids much easier. Very useful product.

Honestly really like this app during and on codes or if your needing to check a med dose, way more user friendly on ped calls. That being said the agency I work for had a rate tied in for handtevy - turns out handtevy refused to honor it with the "NEW" we ether have a version that will no longer be supported or forced to pay 3 times the agreed upon rate. So if your looking to use this app be aware they are out for the money. Not for the patient or agency's it's all about the upsell...

This is a brilliant innovation that brings care of a child in a critical episode to the modern times. The best thing to happen to pediatric prehospital, emergency, and critical care since the, now antiquated, Broselow tape and carts. Handtevy brings those innovations to the 2020s with the ability to interactively run a critical episode to the specifications of your patient care guidelines. On dispatch, you can use your smartphone to start getting your head in the game! Absolutely wonderful!

I know it's a big game changer for experienced EMTs, but for a new EMT and older person who did not grow up with a phone, it's not as intuitive for those who don't have a lot of electronic experience.
