Is this some kind of joke? I can't activate the app because I don't have a password, and the activation e-mail from the developer sends me back to the login screen. If this is some sort of endurance test, consider me a failure. Uninstalling

It's okay. Notifications do not work at all. No push, sms or email notification when provider sends a message.

Don't like it. Can't always get it to work. Just one more step to complicate already complicated situation. Really not private either. Kind of important to me.

Pretty good start towards making things easier for the patients and doctors. However it's frustrating because it frequently shuts down and the "copy and paste" feature needs work. I like to type up my responses somewhere else then copy and paste it into osmind. Ps:it's not crashing as much but now I can't see what the latest reply is because the area where you text is covering it up.

I did all my check in stuff on my PC because it's difficult for me to type on my phone. After I submitted everything weeks ago, I continue to get reminders twice a day to complete the survey and send it to my provider. It's very annoying. I have uninstalled the app, blocked the number, and still get 2 texts a day. My provider hasn't been able to stop them either and says he has heard this from several patients. STOP sending me reminders!

Just plain awful. Many, many problems, including the keyboard completely covering/hiding the writing area!!! If my providers and I were not forced to use it, nobody would go near it.

App logs me out frequently, and occasionally says my password has expired and needs to be changed. The app has no biometric login option. I use a password manager and don't have my password for the app memorized, which makes logging in on mobile a bit of a hassle. Having to constantly log in, and occasionally reset my password for no apparent reason is enough to stop me from actually using the app.

Laggiest and most unresponsive app ever! First time I've had to deal with input delay this bad when trying to type out a simple paragraph. Not sure what's going on under the hood on this one, but it BARELY functions.
