I LOVE Revian!! This company, Revian, has wonderful customer support for their app and very few outages. When there is a problem, they respond to DMs and emails at all hours of the day and night. They also keep users informed of status. On top of that, the Revian cap really works. I have been growing new hair since starting Revian about 4 or 5 years ago. I am so pleased with the results of my hair growth. My hair dresser also comments on all the new hair.

Needing an app to control the cap is annoying on a good day. This app however, has never had a good day. Compliance percentage is constantly incorrect, despite Revian knowing of the issue for over 6 months. Their "fix" was to manually change the number based on a email request. (Incorrect again within a day). The app has a very difficult time finding the cap almost every time it connects making daily use annoying. A button on the side of the cap would be better. Welcome to the future...

What a terrible app. It has no business getting access to my network traffic info, cellphone contacts info and other personal data! This app is an invasion of privacy. I purchased the device to grow hair and it is terrible that it can only be activated through the darn app that wants to snoop around my phone and collect my personal data. The app also does not get updated after the treatment completes. It says Treatment completed, but if you check the log, it does not show that treatment occured

Updated to latest version yesterday now cap won't connect. This app was kind of a terrible experience before but at least it worked.

Won't allow use of cap. App continuously shuts down! Old app worked! I'm missing therapy on an expensive device I paid for! Fix please!

Using Revian for last 6months has been been great experience. My hair loss has actually stopped completely. The app has been very easy to use. No complaints

The new app is preventing me from using the product I paid for. The old app did not require wifi or 5g. Also, if using late at night and treatment goes past midnight, it prevents treatment the next day. Terrible user experience - someone over at Revian should get fired!!! This is a local company, and I like the product but not if I'm prevented from legitimate useage due to this terrible app.
