Could be better. Doesn't always load right away. Sometimes you have to force close the app a few times to get it to work. Picture is clear. Fast forward and rewind are a little jumpy. You scroll to 130pm and sometimes it jumps to a different time. Not horrible but definitely could be a lot better.

I have been using the android tablet version and with the 9/27/21 update, the app will not retain the connection. It keeps returning to the home screen. I am unable to check on the cameras (27). Also, downloaded the MacOS version for my Mac laptop. I am unable to work the controls to view history of a camera. I have not found any instructions for the Mac.

App keeps locking up on my Android and I have to keep on uninstalling and reinstalling. Only works for an hour or so, then locks up again. Frustrating! 6/8/21 update: Still locking up. Having to uninstall/reinstall the App for about the 7th time in one week. Interesting! I see that the last update was May 18, 2021 and all of the negative reviews started soon thereafter, all saying the same as me. Hmmm? Deleloper might want to do something. Edit: 7/9/21 - Reloading for about the 30th time. POS!!!

I am a security alarm installer I purchased several cameras and a dvr from UNIX CCTV they do a lot of business with you. I am very unhappy with your app magic view BECAUSE IT IS NOT STABLE ALWAYS HAVE TO POWER DOWN AND UP TO MAKE IT WORK. That is not how you sell your product. I know what to do but my customers don't, I don't expect them to go behind the DVR and unplug it and plug it back in and sometimes that does not work you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to work. NOT RIGHT FIX IT

Worst security system app. It rarely connects, while my other apps and devices are connected to the wifi just fine. I will be replacing the Magic DVR and app with something that works.

5/26/2024 AGAIN, THIS APP IS NOT WORKING.. IT WORKED FINE FOR A FEW MONTHS. FIX THE ISSUE THIS APP SUCKS... I HAVE A SAMSUNG PHONE. THIS APP NEVER WORKS.. FIX THIS PROBLEM. I CAN ONLY VIEW THE CAMERAS ON MY TV. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE APP/ PRODUCT. UPDATE 5/18/2025 THIS APP STILL SUCKS!!!!!!! HORRIBLE APP!!! FIX IT.

Terrible app. Shouldn't be out there if it's not going to work. Everybody else's phones all work I've reset my phone restarted done every conceivable thing possible and it keeps throwing you out before it shows any video. How is this supposed to help me do security when your app does not work at all. Thank you for listening I will never use this product again

Since the update in October I have not been able to connect my Android at all. It will start to load then flashback out and shut itself down. I have tried sending in feedback comments with no reply! It's been pretty sad not being able to manage the cameras off-site.
