Faced repeated network issues in late 2020 and early 2021. Every time there was a power loss, I contacted the serviceman. Initially, he cited a power loss in our community's 2nd phase and mentioned backup batteries were requested. A month later, the same issue occurred; he said batteries were installed but lasted only 1 hour. Yet, when power was lost for just 15 mins, the network was down. Questioning the type and efficiency of the batteries used. Unsatisfactory service.

Very bad experience with excitel. The router has stopped working. For 3 days, they are just saying someone from the ground team will come, but no one has shown up yet. Today, the adapter caused short circuit. Idk when the ground team will show up. Excitel instead of adding days to the package for the inconvenience you are causing, provide proper service.

One of the most inconsistent networks you can buy. Excitel crashes almost every week and there are long periods of no connection which can be really frustrating during work from home hours. I would not recommend Excitel to anyone. Please go for Airtel or Jio fiber. I have literally had more than 40 tickets raised about no internet connection but it always happens again and again and again. Dont6waste your money on Excitel guys.

The services pathetic. In internet speed it shows 200+ Mbps but when I use any of the app in my phone, TV, laptop or computer, I am not able to get any speed n can't use any of the apps. Even very common apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Myntra, YouTube, Amazon shopping, WhatsApp etc the circle for waiting goes on till eternity. Raised multiple complaints through the official app as well as telephonically. Moreover I also contacted service provider but not responding at all.

I honestly don’t understand all the hype about Excitel. I switched to them after hearing some positive things from friends, but my experience has been nothing short of terrible. First, the installation was delayed for over a week, and no one bothered to update me on the status. Once it was finally set up, the speed was way below what I was promised. I pay for their 'premium' plan, which is supposed to give me speeds up to 100 Mbps, but I barely get 20 Mbps on a good day. ................

My experience with Excitel has been extremely disappointing. It's been a month since I've been facing issue with frequent outages and painfully slow speeds. Customer support has been equally frustrating-slow responses and no real solutions. The technician doesn't even come home to check the issue instead he suggests to turn on and off the router every time when I call him. I suggest people to not take the connection with the Excitel provider. I hope there should be negative rating for this app.

The worst internet provider I have ever come across. They never have the proper connectivity and when ever if there is any technical issue or breakdown then the customer is asked to pay for it, whether it is their fault or not. Outside my house wire broke from the supply box and I am asked to pay for it then only they will fix the issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If there would have been - rating then I would have gone to the last - digit.
