This app is terrible. The payment system is beyond awful. Never before seen a system where if you accidentally exit before even getting a chance to complete card details it locks you out for an unspecified time and you can't do what you need to do. This app should be abandoned by schools cause the teachers don't even use it right. Never anything in the calendar so you have to doom scroll though an insane number of letters the school put out. Avoid at all costs and refuse when told to use it.

And still still logging me out in 2024 just now. Also why do I have to have a separate log in per school? Why not one login and associate with three schools? That is the way that School Bytes does it! One login, add schools and kids to that same login. Missing notifications is not only annoying, we also miss important announcements.

I would give this app zero stars if I could, although actually I think it's Sentral the platform that is the issue. We're effectively locked out of communications with our children's school. Information takes hours or days to come through, we can't action permission forms (greyed out) or use it pay or notify absences. Everything is 100% up to date and correctly set up at our end and Sentral refuses to help because they can't "replicate the issue". Absolutely useless

Can't even login. After selecting a school, the app will ask for email and password but a few seconds later, it will just crash. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall, restart phone, still the same.

Terrible. Nothing seems to work and it takes ages to sort out notifications and messaging. We miss heaps. The worst parts is the canteen ordering. Each meal break has to be put through as a separate order, each with their own fees and takes a long time to go through, basically starting again for each meal break on the same day! Then you go to pay and it says insufficient funds, I haven't paid for it yet! You have to be careful when paying to enter the correct amount, why am I doing that?

Was working fine before the new changes and cannot even get past the first screen. Locks up my phone. Have tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, all the normal tjings and nothing. Samsung Note 8, never had any problems until the new update. Have contacted the support team multiple times, not received any contact. Still not working 8th July. Update 17/8 Finally found someone willing to listen. They found it was a behind the scenes issues. Very helpful & great support after that. Working great😁

Awful. Done everything correctly as per instructions but still get a blank screen on my phone. Two kids at two Sentral using schools and can see neither in the app. Thought this was supposed to be an improvement over Skoolbag, but I'm experiencing exactly the same problems I had before. Except its worse because Sentral has greater functionality so I'm shut out of even more processes. Really, really, really irritating. Adds even more stress to the 'not doing homework' management workload. Hate it.

SO MANY PROBLEMS. Buggy - keep having to uninstall/reinstall to make it work at all, often without success. Doesn't remember your login, have to find school & type in username/password every time. Notification system never works, just have to remember to check it periodically to see if there's some important info I'm meant to have seen. Pointless home screen, for some reason you have to click through to the 'portal' to access the exact same info?? Why? I could go on. Utter trash.
