Not understand that there's been 1 M and Star rating of 1.5, you don't correct issues updating app immediately! Do it right or not at all. Took my card info, didn't load the account. App is different than website. Disappointing GTL Getting out is screwing all of us over. Class A Lawsuit on topic of how private Company's are screwing over people in the name of Statewide DOC. You have no legal rights to deny photos nor withhold texts.

Been trying to get my account verified for almost a year now. Contacted customer support several times but never got any reply. Why is it so hard for you guys to verify an account of someone overseas?! I want to message my man so please fix whatever is going on.

This site is rediculous!!! I'm from Germany and there's no chance to get my international phone numbers verified. You can create an account from every place in the world but there's no way to get your international phone verified! It's only available for american/canadian phones. You also need to upload your ID which is not possible. The customer service is as bad as in Germany. Nobody really wants to help you. I just want to write messages with in an inmate....that's kind of sad!!!

This app connects you with your loved ones behind bars. I am from Europe texting to my man in the US. Had quite a few problems to be verified in the beginning but was able to sort things out with the team at Gettingout. They are very friendly and helpful. A great way to stay in touch with your loved ones behind bars! Great that even Europeans can use it!! Thanks a lot for your help sorting things out!!!!

Don't work in Germany. I have a pen pal in California, and he can use the app and wants that I downloaded it. The customer support don't answer to Mails and they don't accept my verifications

I sent an email, I called them... They told me to give them 2-5 days to change my primary number. Guess what... NOTHING HAPPENED. What's the problem? don't you want to make money? Fix these issues!?!
