This app works as anticipated, it worked well! The interface is straight forward; it is easy to read and understand. We only used one phone/app for our event check in, and I used it where I had data/internet. When I set up app access as the administrator for the account, I could set different permissions. It was very easy to flip between events and between scanning codes vs the list of patron names within each event. You cannot add orders or sell tickets from the app.

The app works fine in scanning the QR codes on tickets. With the app comes a door list (those who've bought tickets for that event) which proved useful when someone couldn't find their ticket or forgot to bring it with them: we could confirm their purchase by their name. The Group Check-in facility is still a bit clunky - needing multiple button presses to confirm and return to scan the next ticket. I expect this will improve with time and development.

App is super functional, reliable, and easy to use on my android phone. I appreciate the methods for sharing access to the app with other users on my team. I second the other reviewers' requests for push notifications on sold tickets and ability to sell via the app (the good news is Ticket Tailor actually seems to consider our feature requests!!). Overall, app is certainly recommended.

Have been using this for about a year now for many different types of events. Big and small. Really like the ease of multiple people using at the same time and updates on total attendance immediate. The scanning of QR codes is fantastic and the look up by name is good as well. Just need a quick ticket sell at door to capture all information. I would recommend this app to everyone.

This is an excellent app and has plenty of very useful features such as a search function. I only have one little criticism. It is a little over sensitive and picks up QR codes from a foot or more away, which can make things a little confusing when there are several tickets to scan.

Using this app for the first time and I'm very pleased with it. Ours is a free event so no charges at all. But, of course, I have no experience of process of reimbursing sales. Telephone help very fast to answer and very helpful and friendly. Will certainly use again.

We are a small organization but this app makes us look big time. Being able to scan the tickets with our phones or check them off the door list is so easy. Having the ticket types right there is convenient and helps us get the customers products to them quickly.

Easy to use and intuitive app...low fees makes this better than any other ticketing platform esp over eventbrite. Wish we could speak to customer support on the phone but chat box conversation does a decent job.
