DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHOWPASS. They have an identity thief on their pay roll or an insecure pay system. I bought tickets for the first time in 2 yrs on a brand new credit card(had never been used online yet), and with-in a week I was getting fraudulent charges on my statement. Either their online security is severely lax, or they pay employees so little they need to sell customer's credit card information. I had to delete my years old account with them, and only downloaded the app to warn ppl

It always has errors and never seems to work for transactions. I did an update and tried to log in and it said I don't have internet connect even though I clearly do as I'm using other apps and submitting this review, then after that it said something went wrong try again later. At another time while doing a transaction it wouldn't process my payment so I had to get a friend to try it on his phone and finally it worked there

Absolute garbage. App will not open. Immediately it tells me I am offline and need to connect to the internet. Get the same message on my wifi as I do on cell data. Just tried reinstalling the app 3 times. This sucks for me because I'm an event promoter. The website won't work on my phone on brave browser or chrome. I've missed out on sales because I couldn't log into my account. Not happy with this service. Only works for me on a desktop computer and I'm not bringing one with me to the club.

App doesn't even work, crashes upon loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but that didn't help. Their whole ticket system is also stupid. I got a bunch of add-ons to an event and there is a separate ticket for every add-on and every person, so for two people there are 13 separate barcodes I'd have to print or show on my phone. Thought I'd download the app and maybe they would have only two barcodes i need to scan, but guess I'll never know how the app works.

So far I haven't been able to open the app. I sent logs from my phone as Feedback to the Android overlords or whomever gets that feedback. Anyways, in theory it seems like an OK app. I'll adjust my rating when I can actually see it with my eyes on my phone screen.

Good to purchase and view tickets from your phone without going to a browser. No share function to share an event with others. Lags quite a bit. Would like to have an option to view tickets offline. Still lets you transfer tickets even if the desc says you can't. Not able to cancel tickets.

Great app for contactless ticket check ins, however the app crashes (see: fatal error) if the device screen turns off with the camera function running, meaning you have to close out the entire app and load it up again from the beginning to get the app running properly again

Every single one of these ticket companies are straight up part of the problem, certainly not the solution. Another way of gritting of of someone else's work, not only was there never a need for theses companies, but they forced their way into most music scenes and other Touring entertainment like the parasites they are.. Oh and lest I forget, they keep sending bands in this network of clubs and venues with some of the more egregious practices, like taking a cut from your merch and such... FEA
