Worst experience with a smart home product I have ever had. It consistently goes offline and now (for the past 2 months) I can't connect to my thermostat from the app. It has turned into a dumb thermostat. All I get when I open the app and tap on my Thermostat icon is "can't connect to device"! I unistalled and reinstalled the app and no change "can't connect to device". I'm done with this POS!

Worked for a day, now it says "No response from the device." pulled off wall and plugged back in (didn't see a reboot option) same error. (also, app said there was an update, but play store doesn't...) thermostat is updated. Too bad, could be nice unit, guess it's OK standalone? (Also, why does my thermostat need access to phone calls and pictures?)

Thermostat seems to work well as long as their webpage is running. I have had so many problems with being unable to connect with their website which stores programming info which allows you to adjust thermostat via app on cell phone. I do not recommend this thermostat for that reason. China get your stuff together with your site and fix these constant connection problems...

This app is dysfunctional WAY more than its actually functional. So disappointing. The main reason why I have a WiFi thermostat is so I don't have to get up out of bed and go ALL the way downstairs to adjust it. Yet, I still find myself doing that because this app RARELY works. It either can't connect or it won't open at all and has a non-stop crashing loop. I'm fed up! Shopping around for a new thermostat. Do yourself a favor, disable auto-update. Each new update is always broken.

It is VERY EASY to totally F up your program, change the cooling to heating but have the temperature schedule stay on cooling so that your heating bill triples, or the same for heating to cooling. The application is very difficult to use. The thermostat is even harder and almost impossible to program without the phone app, and doing it with the app SUCKS too! Run, run, run away very, very fast!

**update-app no longer works at all** The app works... Poorly. It's just super buggy. Basic things just don't work. You can't edit a program in list view, only in graph view. Also, graph view is useless, seems like a nice idea, but viewing a 24 hour day 1 hour at a time is not helpful. The app used to work better, but a recent update broke it. Who knows if it will ever get fixed. If you're considering buying a vine thermostat... Don't.

This app seems to have gotten worse over time. It no longer let's me change the temperature settings in the programs. I can't delete the daily "summer-1" it "winter-1" programs, which would be fine if I could adjust or rename them, but it won't let me do either. I'm giving it 2 Stars since, most of the time, it will at least allow me to change the temperature in the moment from my phone.

The thermostat I really like but this app sucks! I try and change the temp and it never changes. I have to repeat the temp change over and over and over. The same with switching from heat and cool. Wish they would fix this problem! Then the under the energy tab, the date is off by a few days and the temperature data shows it was 210° inside my house. Which I know isn't correct. They truly need to fix the commutation between the app and the thermostat. Sometimes it works great but not all time
