This app is useful however I am rating it a 3 Star App because the Questionaire section always fail to load when there is a notification to fill in the Questionaire. Don't get it actually.

Assalamualaikum. Hi. Just wanna update regarding the app. Currently I'm using a Google Pixel phone. Its running the latest Android 12 Operating System. Its seems like the app constantly crashing down even though I tried to reinstall it several times. Probably the newer OS are not yet compatible with the app itself. I am having a difficult time trying to go out at the moment, especially need to have my second dose very soon. Please try to look at the problem and fix this as soon as possible. Tq.

Updated my phone to Android 12 and this app doesn't work. It's really hard when this app is necessary to have whenever I'm out. It's either the app can open the camera, it cannot detect the QR code at all or when trying to scan and open the camera from the app it crashes immediately and send you out of the app. Other than that, this app does its work properly and a very big thumbs up for the devs!. Keep it up!!

I've been install this apps 5 days ago until today i still cannot open & register. I install to my 3 devices also cannot open or register. Always with the pop up "Sorry, by limited. Please try again later".

Just a suggestion, at the self report page, can the developer please give more space on the right hand side (to easily scroll down) so that nobody accidentally select one of the symptoms, etc. Common error is the 'Runny Nose' label because it is the furthest to the side. Please do kindly consider this, as mostly the elderly with vision problems may accidentally select the symptoms label. Thanks.

Please consider providing the option of offline code scanning during internet downtime, with the ability to automatically upload the data later when internet is back. I was stuck waiting outside a store when mobile internet went down for no reason, together with many other shoppers. The store asked for the vaccination booklet and allowed those with the booklet to go in WITHOUT scanning. But that defies the purpose of this app because there won't be any record of these people without scanning!
