The best way to use Artsteps is not to use the program. The worst program ever, because without notice it will change the placement or colors of walls, floors, doors, objects and art. One minute a wall is blue, one hour later the blue is white. No way to determine the floor or wall measurement. Can't lock items on a grid or size the art to the walls or floors. Horrible movement through gallery, very difficult to use mouse to move through the rooms. Useless video instructions and poor tech help.

I love the idea of this, but it's almost impossible to navigate. I'd also really like to cast it to my Chromecast, but it's not doing that except with screen mirroring, which introduced other problems. Just a little four-direction navigation tool to let me step away from a wall or move over a step to see the next object would help a LOT, as would a simple tool to rotate my view. Very frustrating as of 10/9/20, but I hope it sticks around and gets better!

I like the use of this app but it is just so slow in its movements that has definitely made me cry. I was doing an assignment of mine on which we were to be graded but this platform was just soooooo slow in updating the moves that I couldn't just complete it. I am sorry for giving it just 1 star but I would definitely recommend the developers to look upon the issue and make it feasible for people to work upon it.

It's nice to be able to see many exhibitions from around the world. I used this to make an exhibition for my photography club too. The problem is sometimes the music doesn't play in the app even though it does in the web

Dreadful. Just gets to an exhibits then gets stuck and won't move unless income right out of the app. Compared to the desktop app, no comparison. You guys have a lot of work to do to make it phone and tablet friendly.

I got this to view a specific exhibit, but there are several free ones available to me. It's like walking through a museum and there's music for ambience. What a great idea! Love it and thank you!

After sharing my art exibit with my following I found out I cant spawn inside my exibition on this mobile app but works on online version. Tried to email support but go no reponse until I messaged them on messager. After 2 weeks finaly got a genaric reply which did not hlep what so ever. They told me to move the spwan point inside my exhibit wich is already inside. Now on week 3 and still waiting. Should have found a different solution for a virtual gallery

Most did not work zoom in and out could be better either too close or not responsive to the need to turn around just left or right but never the feeling of movement. But a good start.
